Loving ourselves is quite en vogue right now. It seems like everyone is talking about it. Even though it's intended well just telling us we need to do certain things to show our self-love isn't going to help us. We all know how to hide our shame, behind acts that could seem like self-love, but are in truth ways of hiding and denying our truth, because we're afraid that we won't fit in.
It's an icky feeling and we all know it. It's time we're getting clear on what self-love truly is and stop acting as if to fit in.
Let's start healing together, let's move into self-love.

1. Launch Apple’s Podcast app.
2. Tap the Search tab.
3. Enter the name of the podcast you want to rate or review.
4. Tap the blue Search key at the bottom right.
5. Tap the album art for the podcast.
6. Tap the Reviews tab.
7. Tap Write a Review at the bottom.
8. Enter your iTunes password to log in.
9. Tap the Stars to leave a rating.
10. Enter title text and content to leave a review.
11. Tap Send.
